I am a curious, creative thinker who seeks connections across disciplines. I am particularly interested in exploring how technology is transforming the creative arts and the industries built around them.
As AI becomes capable of recreating voices, images, and writing, what will happen to singers, actors, authors, illustrators, and the businesses that support them? What happens to authorship, ownership, artistic identify, and the output of works of art?
Who owns a voice that can be digitally replicated? What happens when an artist's work is used to train AI? How can artists, technologists, and the creative industry at large evolve in a way that is equitable for all?
I want to build on my artistic background and understand the technology, business, and legal aspects of these questions so that I can help shape a future where innovation still happens while human creativity and authorship are preserved.
